Are these original designer perfumes?

No — every fragrance in our collection is an original, independent composition, formulated in-house and vetted by our sommelier for structure and longevity. We are not affiliated with, and do not sell, any third-party designer fragrance.

What is the oil concentration?

Every fragrance is offered in two tiers: The Assemblage Collection at 30% Extrait de Parfum, and The Grand Cru Collection at 40% Extrait de Parfum — both well above standard retail concentrations for superior longevity.

How long will the scent last on me?

Longevity depends on the specific notes (woody scents last longer than citrus) and your skin type, but thanks to our high oil concentration, most customers experience 8 to 16+ hours of wear.

Are your ingredients safe?

Yes! We use high-quality, cosmetic-grade ingredients that are paraben-free and cruelty-free.

How long does it take to get my order?

Every bottle is hand-poured fresh when you order. We typically process orders in 1–3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days and express delivery takes 1-3 business days.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

Can I return a perfume if I don't like the smell?

Because perfume is a liquid hygiene product, we cannot accept returns on opened or used decants. If you are unsure about a scent, we highly recommend starting with our 10 ml sample size before committing to a larger bottle.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been hand-poured and shipped.

How should I store my perfume?

To keep your scent fresh, store your bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature changes (avoid the bathroom!)

Are these bottles travel-friendly?

Yes! Our 10ml vials and 6 ml roll-on bottles are all under the 100ml airline limit, making them perfect for your carry-on or purse. We offer a range of sizes like 10 ml, 30 ml, 50 ml and 100 ml.

What is the redemption offer?

When you purchase any Discovery Flight, you'll receive a discount code worth ₹2,199 that you can use toward a 50ml bottle.

Which products qualify for the redemption offer?

All four current flights: The Reserve Flight, The First Light Flight, The Late Harvest Flight, and The Grand Cru Flight.

When will I receive my redemption discount code?

You'll receive your discount code via email 4-5 days after your Discovery Flight purchase. This gives you time to experience your fragrances before planning your next order

How do I use the redemption code?

Enter the code you received in your email at checkout, and ₹2,199 will be deducted from your order total.

Are there any restrictions on the redemption discount?

The discount code can be used on any 50 mL perfumes in our store except the discovery flights. It's our way of thanking you for exploring our Discovery Flight collection!

Can I combine redemption with other discounts?

Discount codes typically cannot be combined with other promotional offers. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
