Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Every decant is hand-poured to order to ensure freshness. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared and packed before it is shipped.

Shipping Rates:

• Standard Shipping: Based on your location as per the checkout page. (Delivery in 3-5 business days)

• Free Shipping: On all orders over INR 2999 for domestic shipping

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Fragile Items: We use premium glass vials and secure packaging. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please take a photo and contact us immediately at founder@thedecantperfumery.com so we can send a replacement.
