Processing Time: Every decant is hand-poured to order to ensure freshness. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be prepared and packed before it is shipped.

We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value required.

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Fragile Items: We use premium glass vials and secure packaging. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please take a photo and contact us immediately at founder@thedecantperfumery.com so we can send a replacement.
